How to Find Your UUID

Locate your Universally Unique Identifier in five simple steps to help our support team assist you with privacy and precision.

What is a UUID?

A Universally Unique Identifier is a unique string of characters generated when you install the app. It does not contain personal information, but allows us to locate your specific installation details in order to execute account actions like data deletion safely and securely.

Swipe Up

Swipe up from your device's home screen to open the app drawer containing all installed applications.

Open Settings

Tap the Easy Mail Email Launcher settings icon. It is represented by a blue gear graphic.

Tap Icon 7 Times

Tap the Easy Mail logo at the top of the settings page 7 times quickly. A tap feedback counter will show your progress.

Locate Your UUID

A new "Developer Options" card will immediately reveal itself below. This is where your UUID is displayed.

Tap to Copy

Tap the displayed UUID string. It will immediately copy to your system clipboard with a "Copied" confirmation toast.

Need assistance with your data deletion request?

Once you copy your actual device UUID, you can send it to our privacy and support team to request complete data erasure in compliance with regulatory privacy laws.
